I promised a testamonial for such great service so here it is.  

Thank you to all the staff (from your wonderful reception ladies) to the airconditioning technicians and especially John for the professional, friendly, non pushy, informative and prompt sales and service provided to us.  We live in QLD but have a unit on the northern beaches which needed airconditioning.  Your lovely receptionist (I think her name was Jade but apologies if I have that wrong) provided so much information about airconditioners and their capacities which made the decision to use J & J Metrowest and also buy a larger unit than we had originally thought we needed.  Every step of the process (including my need to push the install date out as I needed to coordinate travel plans with other things) was met with understanding and patience.

I can't speak highly enough of your installation team who arrived right on the dot of 7:30am and were friendly, professional and just plain nice people to invite into your home.  Not only this but they did a great job of installing both airconditioning units and cleaned up before they left! The company stands behind its installers also by providing a 5 year installation warranty which I think is great.

I will happily recommend your company to everyone I hear who needs airconditioning.
